The company "Messer" is a company providing planning and consulting services in all fields of communication and computing, the company was established in 1999 and its experts have been dealing in the field of communication for over 25 years in a civilian and military framework as well as in the field of consulting for companies and organizations.

For two decades, Messer has been advising its customers in all areas of communication and infrastructure, installing a passive/active communication system when erecting new buildings, data communication and establishing and upgrading switchboards, as well as establishing and upgrading customer service centers and 106 centers, planning DC and DR sites and carrying out consolidation of the communication system between the company's sites/ the authority. Each project begins after conducting a comprehensive site survey and mapping areas of interest as required. including supervision of the execution of the projects according to the client's needs.

In the last decade with the advancement of technology and the ability to deploy a wide optical infrastructure in addition to the copper infrastructure, the Messer company provides consulting to many authorities throughout the country in the areas of the smart city.

The company has knowledge and experience in writing tenders /RFP /RFI for dozens of projects in the field of communication and computing.

The process of writing the tender and its preparation include the preparation of technical specifications and bills of quantities, MPL and threshold conditions. The entire process is done in full cooperation with the MNR and the technical team and of course with the legal advice department.
